Our Story

From one idea at a sharing meeting to a Malaysian delivery platform.

  1. The Idea

    At a business sharing meeting, our founder heard about a new logistics and distribution model from China. It stayed with him.

  2. Learning from China

    He took more than a dozen Malaysian entrepreneurs to China to study how its logistics and delivery services work.

  3. Seeing the Change

    Online business was growing fast and delivery was replacing many brick-and-mortar shops. As people changed how they shop, delivery became essential for every business.

  4. 25 Dec 2018 · ARRIIVAL Is Born

    We launched ARRIIVAL as a new logistics platform on Christmas Day 2018.

  5. Growing with Our Customers

    We started with on-demand instant delivery, then moved to nationwide domestic delivery as our customers’ needs grew.

  6. Today

    One platform with 14 delivery options, West–East Malaysia shipping, warehousing in Sabah and Sarawak, and 59+ partners.
