2× Actual Weight Pricing
For Courier 1–2 Days and 2–3 Days.
- Under 10kg we charge actual weight.
- At 10kg and above, volumetric weight (L × W × H ÷ 5,000) applies only if it is more than twice the actual weight.
- Example: 60 × 50 × 50cm, 12kg actual. 150,000 ÷ 5,000 = 30kg, more than 2 × 12kg, so you pay for 30kg.
Courier 1–2 Days
For small parcels under 10kg that should move first. Size under 100cm long, 50cm wide and 50cm high.
Pickup from 3 parcels, or drop off at your nearest ARRIIVAL point.
Courier 2–3 Days
A lower first 5kg rate than 1–2 Days. Same size guide: under 100cm + 50cm + 50cm.
Courier 3–4 Days
The lowest courier rate. Actual weight only, max 125cm a side.
