Our cold chain
- Outskirt areas: where next day is not possible, we keep your goods at a cold point or partner store, then deliver the last mile.
- Pickup: door-to-door pickup in KL and Selangor. Other areas: pickup from 3 parcels, or drop off at your nearest ARRIIVAL drop-off point.
How to send
- Pack your food in a styrofoam box to keep it cold. Carton boxes may get damp.
- Choose Chilled or Frozen, and check your size and rate.
- Book on send.arriival.com.
- We pick up at your door in KL and Selangor, or from 3 parcels in other areas. You can also drop off at your nearest ARRIIVAL drop-off point.
- Your parcel goes on our cold chain truck and usually arrives in 1–2 days.
Questions
Is cold chain next-day?
Usually yes. Most cold chain parcels are sent today and arrive tomorrow, usually within 1–2 days. No need to add Priority. Some outskirt areas take a little longer: we keep your goods at a cold point or partner store, then deliver the last mile.
Do you pick up?
Yes. We offer door-to-door pickup in KL and Selangor. In other areas, we pick up from 3 parcels. For fewer parcels, drop them off at your nearest ARRIIVAL drop-off point.
How should I pack?
Use a styrofoam box to keep the food cold. Carton boxes may get damp.
Chilled or frozen?
Choose Chilled for fresh food like vegetables, fruit, dairy and cakes. Choose Frozen for frozen food like meat, seafood and ice cream. Both use our own cold chain trucks.
Do you have real cold chain delivery in Malaysia?
Yes. We use real chilled (2–8°C) and frozen (-18°C) trucks, door to door, in West Malaysia.

Can I send frozen food to Sabah or Sarawak?
There is no cold chain to East Malaysia. Pack in a styrofoam box with dry ice and send by Priority, about 1–2 days.
