Small parcels to Thailand or Laos can also go by Overseas Courier, a different service with its own rates.

Which countries does land freight cover?
Singapore, Thailand and Laos, both ways. These are the only countries we import into Malaysia from.
Is tax included?
Yes. One price covers shipping, customs clearance and tax, so there are no surprise duties.
Can you carry every sensitive item?
No. Legal does not mean every item is accepted. Not sure? Ask us on WhatsApp before you book.
How do I place an order?
Book every shipment on send.arriival.com. We confirm the pickup time, pick up, then weigh and measure the goods again at our warehouse. The final price is based on the actual weight and size. WhatsApp is for questions only, not for orders.
Can I import goods into Malaysia?
Yes, but only by land from Singapore, Thailand and Laos.
What documents do I need to send cargo to Singapore?
Individuals need an IC. Companies need a commercial invoice and UEN.
