Why use Multi-piece Shipment?
- All boxes travel together and arrive the same day
- Charged on total weight, not a minimum per box
- Less risk of a box going missing
Best for: one order packed in several boxes, going to one receiver in West Malaysia.
How it works
- One order gets one main (mother) waybill.
- Each box gets a child number, like 1/2, 1/3.
- Track every box under the one main waybill.
- Book once on send.arriival.com.
Why it costs less
A single parcel is charged at least 5kg. Send 10 boxes of 3kg each:
- 10 separate orders: 10 × 5kg minimum = 50kg charged.
- One Multi-piece Shipment: 10 × 3kg = 30kg charged.
Questions
Can the boxes go to different addresses?
No. A Multi-piece Shipment goes to one receiver at one address. For different addresses, book separate orders.
Can I send Multi-piece to East Malaysia?
No. Multi-piece Shipment is West Malaysia only.
Is there a size limit per box?
Yes. Max 180cm on any side, and L+W+H up to 205cm per box.
