Why use Priority?

Best for: parcels that matter. Strongly recommended for a safer, faster delivery.
Price
- West Malaysia: +RM4 per order.
- East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak): +RM15 per order.
- Added on top of the shipping fee. Same for Normal and SuperRate.
- Charged per order: 2 orders means the charge applies twice.
East Malaysia
- We deliver on the same day the parcel arrives at the airport.
- Our driver goes to the airport first, then makes a dedicated trip to you.
- No waiting for the normal route.
Frozen food to East Malaysia
Cold chain is West Malaysia only. For Sabah or Sarawak, pack food in a styrofoam box with dry ice and send it by Priority.

Not always. Priority means your parcel is handled first and delivered faster.
Is Priority a separate delivery service?
No. It is an added service charged per order, on top of the shipping fee. 2 orders means the charge applies twice.
